Order
The menu is sent on a Thursday for delivery at the beginning of the following week. Each week there is one meat and one vegan option. Order as many as you want of either.

Eat
The meals are microwaveable or can be removed from the tray and re-heated in a pan. The containers are dishwasher safe and empties will be collected on your next delivery.

Repeat
There’s no subscription, commitment, minimum or maximum order. Delivery is included.

About Me
Hi I’m Clare. I’m a chef, personal trainer and nutritional therapist. After a 15 year long love affair with hospitality, I left the world of London restaurants and stepped into the world of fitness and nutrition.

FAQ
Where do you deliver?
Currently Peckham (SE15) and East Dulwich (SE22). SE5, SE21 and SE24 will be considered.
WHere do you get your produce from?
I prioritise William Rose butchers for meat, Village Grocer and Natoora for fruit and vegetables. Occasionally I can’t get the items I need and will use a local alternative.
When do you deliver?
Either Monday Evening or Tuesday. We arrange your delivery time when you place your first order.
How long do the meals keep for?
3 days in the fridge or can be frozen on day of delivery.
How big are the portions
They are generous, it’s a filling evening meal. Some people say its enough for dinner and leftovers for a light lunch. Depends on your appetite!
WHy only 2 meals a Week?
I don’t want to replace you being in your own kitchen, preparing your own food. But sometimes you can’t do that and might end up ordering a takeaway that you didn’t really want. This is designed for weekdays when you want to eat a tasty, fresh meal but just don’t have the time to prepare it. Also, I personally love being in kitchen but it’s nice to have a break!
What are the macros/calorie content?
You won’t find this information from me because, unless you have a health condition that requires specific dietary control, it just shouldn’t matter when you are eating non-processed food. I only use fresh ingredients and I pack loads of plants into every dish.The only animal product is the actual meat in the meat option. If you're avoiding refined carbs then don’t order a dish with white rice. Most other grains I use are wholegrain. I don’t cook with butter or cheese. No chemicals/preservatives/msg/artificial flavourings. I use sea salt.
What do i do with the container?
Please wash it and I will collect it on the next delivery day. They get sterilised before being re-used. When they are no longer fit for use they are then recycled.
